The Opportunity
ARCA Resourcing is working with a growing engineering business delivering infrastructure projects across the UK energy and utilities sector. This is a hybrid role designed to develop well-rounded engineers — giving exposure across design, site delivery, and project coordination. If you’re early in your career and want to avoid being boxed into just site or just design, this is a strong opportunity to build breadth quickly.
Role Overview
You’ll support the delivery of high-voltage infrastructure and renewable energy projects across their full lifecycle, from early-stage surveys and design through to construction and close-out.
The role blends technical, site, and project responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their development across multiple disciplines.
